The Gaming Innovation Group (GiG) and Grupo Slots, a leading Argentine gaming and entertainment company, have received authorization to introduce a fresh online gambling platform in Buenos Aires City.
The Buenos Aires City Lottery (LOTBA), the regulatory body in the Argentine capital, has given the green light to Grupo Slots’ Jugadon.bet website in the city. The site will provide technical wagering platforms, sports betting, and front-end development, alongside GiG’s data platform and GiG Logic operating system.
GiG and Grupo Slots established a partnership last August for GiG to deliver these services to Grupo Slots in Buenos Aires City.

Argentina is enacting regulations for internet gambling on a provincial basis. In the previous year, Buenos Aires City adopted legislation establishing criteria for online gambling permits, which were anticipated to take effect in the final quarter of 2020.
